At MSL, we use our proprietary software on mobile devices to capture findings quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Using this technology, we are able to capture images of relevant findings, clearly illustrating the issue to be corrected.
REPORT
MSL Spotlight allows you to access our findings in near real time. You are able to monitor the results of the survey as the survey unfolds. Much like your deemed status organization, MSL will deliver a preliminary report upon completion of the onsite component of your survey and a final report within 3 business days. Our reports are delivered securely through our customer portal, minimizing the possibility that your information is misused.
ACT
In addition to the traditional reports, MSL Spotlight provides immediate access to your findings already formatted as an action plan. Make assignments, update statuses, analyze progress all within our secure platform.
